Stress is defined as a state of worry or mental tension created by
difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to
address challenges and threats our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some
trigger it. Stress can cause many different symptoms. It might affect how us
feel physically, mentally and also how we behave. Stress is how we react when
we feel under pressure or threatened. It sometimes happens when we are in a
situation that we do not feel we can manage or control. Stress can affect all
parts of our life, including our emotions, behaviors, thinking ability, and
physical health. No part of our body is immune. However, people handle stress
differently, symptoms of stress can vary.
People under
stress experience mental and physical symptoms, such as irritability, anger,
fatigue, muscle pain, digestive trouble, and difficulty sleeping. Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical
body. Any event or scenario that
makes you feel frustrated or nervous can trigger it. Or stress means different
thing to different things to different people. The causes of stress in one
person may be of latter concern to another. It is found out some people are
better able to handle stress than others. Some people view that all stress in
not bad. A small dose, stress can help you accomplish tasks and prevent
you getting hurt. However, if stress can become a problem when it lasts for a
long time or is very intense. In some cases, stress can affect our physical and

or ‘chronic’
Stress is the body's reaction to harmful situations -- whether
they’re real or perceived. When you feel threatened, a chemical reaction occurs
in your body that allows us to act in a way to prevent injury. This reaction is
known as "fight-or-flight” or the stress response. During the stress
response, our heart rate increases, breathing quickens, muscles
tighten, and blood pressure rises. You’ve gotten ready to act. It is how
you protect yourself. Stress means different things to different people. Some people are better able to handle stress
than others. For example, stress is what gets you to slam on the brakes to
avoid hitting the car in front of you. That's a good thing. Our bodies are
designed to handle small doses of stress. However, we are not equipped to
handle long-term, chronic stress without ill consequences.

Healthy Ways to deal with stress:
There are some ways we can manage stress, grief, worry
and anxiety.
- Take pauses from social media, news stories, however constant information about negative would be upsetting. We must be disconnecting or limiting from phone, computer for a while.
- Take care of your well-being: It is important to take care of your body: staying healthy take care of your health.

constipation, nausea, diarrhea, ages, pains and tense muscles.
- Headache.
- Chest
pain, and rapid heartbeat.
- Dry
mouth, and hard time swallowing.
- Anxiety,
and shaking ringing in the ear and cold sweaty hands and feet.
- Regular
cold.
- Loss
of sexual desire.
Sign of Stress includes:
- Always feel bad about yourself, feeling lonely, worthless and
depressed
- Avoiding others.
- Having
a hard time quieting and relaxing your mind.
- Easily
agitated, frustrated and moody.
- Feeling
overwhelmed, as if you are losing control or need to control.
Behavioral symptoms of stress include:
- Having
more nervous behaviors, such nail biting and walking.
- Delaying
and avoiding responsibilities.

in appetite- either not eating or eating too much.

more alcohol, cigarettes or drugs.
Perceptive symptoms of stress include:
- Being

- Obesity
and other eating disorders.

Faith allows us to handle stress. Peace will find ways

calmness to our hearts. We must trust to Allah Almighty in his plan. Knowing
all Allah Almighty will reward us when we follow the patience. It is okay to be
anxious, however it is not overcome you and put you in state of misery and
disbelief. Always trust in Allah Almighty he is sustainer and remove the stress
from the hearth of his slave. There should be no guilt in feeling stress.
People in strong believe also felt stressed. Mother of Musa (AS) was full of
grief when she placed her child in the water. Maryam (AS) was immensely
stressed when she gave birth alone. Yaqub (AS) cried so much, his eyes became
whitened (almost blind). So, know that Allah Almighty does not test you
because, he hates you. His test of evidence of his love for his slaves
So, stress is a
common and necessary part our lives, however, several studies are pointing
towards a global increase in stress rates. Allah Almighty has indeed promised
us that life will be filled tests and tribulations. Here are some ways on how
we can reduce stress in our lives to overcome this test. Furthermore, in order
treat anxiety one need increase faith and trust in Allah Almighty and always
make more Dua’s and more pray it will definitely be dispelling many kinds of
psychological disease. The Islam recommended for stress management faith in
trust in in Allah. If one relies on Allah Almighty will have the hardships made
easy for him and the tools of easiness prepared for him. If someone has faith in Allah Almighty, he
should not be depressed of have mental illnesses. Allah who genuinely cares,
who listens to desperate pleas who grant generous help.
The religion of Islam offers a
spiritual sanctuary for Muslims to live a peaceful life by using their inner
strengths and having a strong relationship with the ultimate power, Allah Almighty
will care of him find way and mean. Islam acknowledges the importance of
spiritual status as interior power that can be exercised to have a calm mind,
health conscious, and positive thoughts. Someone who feels completely lost and alone in the
face of a crisis would probably feel helpless and depressed. But someone who
feels supported by a compassionate Allah Almighty who genuinely cares, who
listens to desperate pleas, and who grants generous help, has a better chance
of getting back on track much faster because there is a strong helping hand to
reach for while dealing with life’s troubles
Those who fear Allah Almighty will always prepare a way
out, and He provides for him from sources, he never could imagine. And if
anyone puts his trust in Allah Almighty, sufficient for him. As a Muslim, we
get affected by life’s troubles and disturbing thoughts like everyone else, but
we can deal with them much better because we have a clear roadmap of where you
came from, where we are going and why, so you have a head start having this
fundamental knowledge. It is important one need to realize that he is not the
only one in this world who is inflected with stress. It is important to know
the heart is the great gift of Allah Almighty. In the heart wants really to get
closer to Allah Almighty. It will be advisable to take five minutes before bed
to breathe deeply and spend time and spend time. We must focus on our senses and reflect on
what we can do to improve our stress levels and ultimately, how can please
Allah Almighty.
